Shipping Information

Shipping and Handling

Please allow 5 business days for the shipping of the order. An email will be sent notifying you of the shipment date. Please note custom orders may take longer, depending on the product, and you will be notified accordingly.  

Please note that the shipping rates provided from our website are for items shipped within the continental US.

For international orders, we will email you with the exact shipping rate before we process your order. If you would like an international shipping quote prior to placing your order, please contact us.  

We will express ship upon request.

Returns & Exchanges

I've taken great care in designing and making the products on this website. I love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item-no questions asked. 

Please note: Custom orders cannot be refunded.

Returning and Exchanging 

1.  If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.

2.  Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.

3.  Ship the package via UPS or insured parcel post to the following address:

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.
