This skirt is made of men's suit and dress pant fabrics using waistbands, pockets and buttons.  Fabrics used are fine cottons and linens.

The style is based on 1980's style tennis and golf skirts called umbrella skirts.  This skirt has a waistband from the pants which can be worn with or without a belt or with a scarf threaded thru the belt loops.

Dry clean and launder at your own risk.  Original suits were dry cleaned, but I have had luck washing in cold water and drying slightly in dryer and hanging to finish drying completely.

This skirt measures 36" at the waist, 41" at the hip and is 18" long.  It can fit at the natural waist or it can fit low waist.  Take waist measurement where you want waistband to fit and take hip measurement about 5" below that.  Allow 1 1/2" extra measurement when ordering to allow for ease and prevent skirt from clinging.
