This dress is made from a 1970's pattern from designer Betsy Johnson.

It is retro, but so today!  A-line style with long sleeves that bell out straight at the wrist, duplicating the dress hemline.  It has a hood which looks like a cowl collar, unless you pull it over your head to show it off.

Machine wash and partially dry, then hang dry to finish.
